Registration for the Biennial Scientific Conference and Education Day 2026 is now open. Please read the registration information carefully before beginning your registration. Registrations can be submitted by completing the online form linked below.

The early bird registration period concludes on Friday 11 September 2026 at 11:59pm (AEST), after which the standard registration prices will take effect.

Full Registration

  • attendance at all conference sessions and trade area, including daytime catering on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • attendance at Welcome Reception (Friday 6 November 2026)
  • attendance at Networking Drinks (Saturday 7 November 2026)

Member Registration

To be eligible for member registration rates, delegates must be a current active ANZVS member at the time of the conference. If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact the ANZ Vulvovaginal Society.

Accommodation

Special accommodation rates are available to delegates attending the conference. Bookings at this discounted rate are available for purchase via the registration form.

Note:

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST.
  • Payment options include credit card or direct deposit (7-day payment terms).
  • If you pay by credit card, your statement will show a transaction for 'Iceberg Events'.
  • A 2.20% non-refundable surcharge applies to credit card transactions.
  • A separate registration forms needs to be completed per individual.
  • Direct deposit payments are accepted up to two weeks before the conference. Registrations received within two weeks of the conference must be paid by credit card.
  • A confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent to the email address you have nominated. Please allow up to 5 to 10 minutes for the email to be delivered. If you do not receive this, please check your junk mailbox or email cherono@icebergevents.com.au.
