ENTITLEMENTS

• Two (2) complimentary full event registrations

Coffee Cart Sponsorship The place where everyone wants to be! The coffee cart sponsorship includes espresso coffee supply, the barista and consumables for the 3-day duration of the event.

• Opportunity to provide branded coffee cups
• Opportunity to provide branded merchandise (hats, aprons, shirts, etc.) for the barista staff
• Opportunity to display one (1) free standing banner exclusively at the coffee cart or provide custom signage for the cart itself.

The above additional opportunities must be supplied by the sponsor and subject to venue approval.

EXHIBITION

• Trade display located within the conference catering area, close to the coffee cart
• One (1) single trestle table and two (2) chairs provided
• Power: one (1) single 4-amp power outlet per table
• Flooring: existing venue flooring

MARKETING

• Acknowledgement of logo and sponsorship level in all conference promotional emails from receipt of payment through to the event
• One (1) half page advertisement in the printed conference program
• Conference website: Sponsor logo, website link and 150-word corporate message on sponsor page
• Verbal acknowledgement of Sponsorship during the conference by the session MC.
• Logo inclusion on PowerPoint slides displayed during all catering breaks (sponsor scroll)
• One (1) promotional item, brochure, or gift included in the conference satchel (items to be supplied by the sponsor)
• Electronic delegate list (name, position, and organisation) provided one (1) week prior to the conference and a final list post-event, subject to delegate consent
• Custom event-branded social media tile incorporating your logo, enabling you to promote your participation to your network.
